of imprint, (up to 4-color process). SM-3315: Not available; SM-3320 & SM-3330: Add
$50.00 set-up plus $1.00 per piece running charge; SM-3322, SM-3323, SM-3332 &
SM-3333: Add $50.00 set-up plus $1.25 per piece running charge.
PMS Matching: Add $35.00 per color; available on white only
